I had PS AS3+ on a Focus, do not recommend. Light snow traction was horrible. I had DWS06+ on my 2014 TDI and now also on my 2016 GLI. Do not recommend. Heavy spots in tires. Rotate on time or suffer cupping and road noise like no tomorrow. I had PS AS4 on my TDI after the Conti's and have nothing but praise for them. Quiet, great wet traction, and stuck like velcro in the dry.

I like the P7's for quiet and economy. They are quiet and get good mileage without wear. Have the pirelli Scorpion Verde A/S on my truck, they are great compared to the crap bridgestones it came with.
I'm at 4 sets of XL rated Conti DWS06+ now between 2 sets on my former '13 Golf R & the sets currently on my '20 S3 & '17 Alltrack & I've loved them for year round true all season use. Never used them on a 2WD vehicle but absolutely zero complaints on my Haldex equipped rides I've had them on in dry/wet/snow/ice/slush, hot/temperate/cold.
I run the Continental DWS06+ on my Mustang and have been very happy with them. They're not quite as sharp as the Michelin Pilot AS3 that they replaced, but that's ok for my daily driver. Adding 2 psi over the factory recommended pressures helped firm up the steering response and ride enough to keep me happy.
I have had the Michelins on the E46 for the past year and have no complaints. They're fairly quiet and grip really well in whatever I've thrown at it so far. Prior to that it was yeeeeeears with the same Conti DWS06. The only thing I can say is that with only a few thousand miles on the Continentals, my mechanic discovered they were de-laminating. The inner sidewall of the driver's rear tire had about a 12" long, 1/2" wide window straight to the cords. I wasn't happy when I saw that, so I switched to Michelin. There was A LOT of tread left, so I was pretty disappointed.
Had some S3 Evo, for 65000kms (2 sets) and really happy about them ! Very quiet (nothing to compare with the stock Michelin), very good handling on dry and wet roads.
40k+ miles on the evo’s. They have been great, and they were a few decibels quieter than the factory Michelins.
Hankooks are great. I find them quieter than the Michelins. 2019 M3 LR AWD. Got them in May and drove all over AZ and CO with them. Hwy and off road too. Heavy rain and mud. Haven’t tried them in snow yet.
I went from stock-like tires (Atturo TrailBlades, P275/60r20) to Nitto Exo-Grapplers (LT275/60r20, E-rated). I lost approximately 1mpg highway, 1.5-2 city.
Hated these Firestone’s on my e30. Got very noisy when older, grip was inferior to a even a 10mm smaller width fallen rt615.
