My review is “blocked due to suspected manipulation.” What does this mean?

We monitor misuse of the service in favor of certain brands using algorithms and manual moderation. If there is suspicion that a review was paid for or written from a fake account, it is hidden on the website, and its votes are not counted in the rating.

We do not disclose which factors lead to a review being blocked and do not unblock reviews upon request. If a mistake has occurred, the review may be restored without your involvement.
