Spark plug BRISK or AC DELCO
Over the years I’ve found that the factory recommended spark plugs typically work best. There are exceptions, but my ‘95 5.7 recently got some plain Jane ACDelco plugs and it is running great.
I just put in regular AC Delco plugs and it runs great.
Fresh AC Delco copper core plugs are all you need. Start with the stock replacements and go from there.
I just replaced my spark plugs on my 2012 1.4T with the ACDelco 41-121 ones.
I love my brisk spark plugs from EMS. Definitely better for me than the NGKs I ran. Last longer and don’t open up as fast.
Use only AC DELCO ignition components for GM vehicles, and that includes spark plugs. The factory plugs work perfectly.
Brisk are fine. You have to check them about every 5,000 miles. And change out sooner than other brands.
The new plug is AC Delco 41-156. Cannot tell any difference in my Gen 2 after replacing plugs. It ran fine before and did afterwards as well.
Also I would stay away from Brisk ER12 spark plugs since they require higher change intervals (And risk of damaging coil packs) @ 3-5K miles as opposed to NGK R7437-8 or NGK R7438-8 @ 10-15K miles.
Bought a set of iridium plugs that were wasted after 15k miles. Amazon gave zero fucks. AC Delco gave zero fucks. The scum bags who sold them changed their name and keep selling.
