Up to you, but I wouldn't go high end on a C1. I wouldn't cheap out but go midrange. Something like Firestone MultiHawk 2s.

For a car like a C1 a decent mid-range tyre *that is A-rated for wet grip* would be fine.

I think a premium tyre is definately worth it. Michelin or Continental will outlast, be quieter, grip better and improve economy over all budget and most every mid range tyre.
