I have had both, I think the Rain-X are a bit better, though the Bosch aren't bad. the Bosch seemed to have a bit too much stiffness, didn't clear the center of the path as well.

I've used Bosch Icons for 2 years and they never fell apart.
A few days ago I put Bosch Excel+ on my sister's 2006 Corolla and they were like 13 bucks each. It was $30 including tax for both of them.
Bosch, I have been told are awesome, so I might use those next myself.
--on Bosh Icon. Worst blades I ever had. Great for less than a month, then horrible. Cleaning them did no good.
I get nearly 2 years out of Bosch blades. After the second winter they're ready to be replaced. I replace them in April so I get 24 months out of them instead of the 16 I would get if I replace them in December.
I've had good luck with [Bosch Evolution](http://www.boschautoparts.com/wiperblades/pages/evolution.aspx). I keep these on my daily driver, which I park outdoors under a tree and they still perform beautifully, notwithstanding some intermittent tree debris that I need to clear away. I live in the Midwest and they perform longer and better than any other blade I've ever used...I've also used RainX Repel blades and they don't seem to last as long. I've had my current pair on for 5 months and they're still going strong.
I have the Bosch Icon wipers. Same set I put on in Feb of this year and still going strong.
Right now I am using the Bosch OE replacement wipers. I used to use them a long time ago, and they were always great. That said, the only x-factor here is that I used the RainX winter washer fluid.
The set of Bosch Icons I have on my car now have lasted my about 2 1/2 years now.
