I lowered my car around 1.5" (ill have to check) I'm running delphi tie rod ends and they have lasted10k miles.

Pros: lasted 10k miles

I've had Delphi tie rod ends for 10k+ miles now and they are still good.

Pros: still good

The Delphi have been holding strong for almost two years now.

Pros: long lasting, strong performance

I bought Delphi for my e60. My local foreign parts supplier says they don't come back.

I got a replacement Delphi TA1646 Steering Tie Rod End Assembly from Amazon. The original tie rod had an allen wrench recess in the center so that you can hold it as you're tightening the nut. This one does not. Is this just defective or is there some trick I don't know about?

Cons: lacks allen wrench recess, difficult to tighten
