I bit the bullet and bought 4 Hella Ignition coils (HEL5DA193175-781) for £100 and threw in a brand new set of plugs gapped to 0.05 and the car is running perfect now.
Replaced parts: Oxygen Sensor Bank1 Sensor1 5 wires - 1 year ago NGK, MAP sensor 1 week ago Hella, spark plugs 3 months ago Denso iridium, 4 Ignition Coils 1 month ago 2 Bosch and 2 Hella
