So glad I chose this instead of a Q60. Always a fun drive &gas in my opinion hasn’t been too bad. I drive down to SoCal a lot(4 hr drive) &a little under half tank in eco mode (sports mode through the grapevine) gets me there! Oil changes every 3k miles, prob will change out my cabin filter &filters soon. Purchased at 27k miles &now she’s at 50k miles ???? overall, a happy Lexus driver ???? it’s been a good year with this car!
Reviews of OEM Lexus parts For Business
Japan
It's just an insanely great car. Quiet as a tomb, ultra comfortable and smooth, powerful, and great visibility. Unbelievably good headlights that in fact steer. One thing that I find just incredible, having owned many German cars including a Mercedes S Class, is how well it tracks. It literally drives like it's on rails. Has to be one of the greatest highway mile-eaters of all time. Given modern car sizes it's really not all that big. About the size of an E-Class Merc or a new Lexus IS.

Dealer prices vary and I actually think my local Toyota dealership is very reasonable…at least in comparison to Lexus where everything costs twice as much for the same thing. $223 quote for my Prius spark plug change cost me $50 in parts, for my wire’s Lexus the dealership wanted almost $500 and the plugs were only $70 doing it myself.
Just got my wife’s GX done for $100 at the Lexus dealership, plus they wash it every time it’s in so it’s actually a pretty good deal.
I no longer use the dealer, found a local guy that allows me to watch while he is working on car, only requirement is its after business hours, usually the service takes about an hour for basic oil change.
I take my own Lexus OEM Oil, oil filter and air filters, I even take my own flash lights to inspect underneath the car and in the engine bay.
Along the way I ask the tech questions like are tie-rods good, springs shocks, brakes pads, he so helpful shows me how to check things.
I bought a few of the Lexus OEM ones... can't say I notice a difference but it made me feel better at the time!
$185? Where was that? While I still think it's high, my home Lexus dealer (Wisconsin) and the one here in Florida is $100.
In many places you cannot just go to a Toyota dealer because some dealerships have partnerships and force you to go to the Lexus dealer. My Toyota dealer services my Lexus vehicles. I referred a friend and they refused because of a new bs policy created by corporate( most likely service manager). They grandfathered my vehicles and said I cannot take any new Lexus to them. I was pissed and went to Lexus and was quoted more than double for oil change compared to Toyota. I got my spark plugs done on my gs350 for 399 at Toyota and Lexus was going to charge me 1000! I complained at Lexus and they said they could do it for 600. I told them off and went to Toyota. Now I am pissed at Lexus and Toyota for implementing this practice when all Lexus parts come in a bloody Toyota box with Toyota part numbers. Shame on Toyota for refusing to work on a Lexus and shame on Lexus for charging outrageous prices compared to Toyota for the exact same service with exact same parts. The extra 600 dollars for spark plugs at Lexus is criminal!
The few times I’ve being to the Lexus dealer ( certified car ) I see more dealer people eating snacks and drinking coffee than customers. I don’t take snacks even tho they tell me it’s free.
