personally i'd do a solvent flush. To do this start with draining the oil. Put fuel that you have on hand though the oil pan. It's a lot cheaper than dedicated scavenging products and still works pretty well for bulk contamination removal.
There's no car, for me, that strikes the balance of performance, quality, comfort, compactness, practicality, moddability, PDK-like DSG (not exactly, but you get my drift), and tastefullness as well as the Golf R. The new magna diff 100% sealed the deal, as the haldex always held the R off from being what it could be
