Replaced the original starter with Mopar OE last February after it went out with roughly 106,xxx miles. Here we are December and it has failed again.

Either Mopar or Denso. I wouldn't use any other brand. Everytime I use a aftermarket part, it comes back to bite me.
I would recommend Mopar for this application. I had a car quest starter fail after 1 week. Spent the money on the Mopar unit and it’s been fine for 30k miles since. Original lasted 100k miles and nearly a decade.
I had the SAME issue and it drove me crazy for MONTHS. Its the starter. 1000%. I threw some parts at it but the starter fixed it. I went OEM Mopar and it was about $200.
