Used to use Motul, now switched to Red Line for the higher zinc content and high heat stability. I rallycross my daily so high RPM and high heat.

Redline 5w 40 since break-in, 254k miles later engine still going strong. Plenty of other repairs done, but no internal engine repairs required.
With a bit of effort, the fill and drain plugs reluctantly spun free of their comfortable homes in the diff. The fluid that came out looked fairly fresh, so in went a bit of Redline 75W90 limited slip gear oil, because this is a true enthusiast machine.
I switched from Mazda oem to redline and it significantly improved the shifting into first and reverse. I'm very happy with redline so far.
Completed my first oil change at 5k miles with Redline 0w20 and a Mann filter.
I decided on Redline MTL which has a viscosity of about 10.8cst. I can confirm just based on shifting feel alone that I prefer the Redline MTL to that Amsoil MTG. Actually I really didn't like the Amsoil MTG that much based on the shifting characteristics.
I had Blackstone do a Virgin Oil Analysis of Red Line 5w30 This sample of Red Line 5W/30 looks good in testing. The viscosity is just a little above our \"should-be\" range for unused 5W/30, but that's common to see with some brands, and it doesn't show any sort of problem or deficiency with this oil. The additive package is typical of Red Line. They use a lot of molybdenum anti-wear additive. There's also some silicon, which is good to know about since silicon can also show dirt in used oil samples. It's an anti-foaming additive. No moisture or solids were found. This oil is in serviceable condition.
mt90 is good shit, i put that in my 280z and it shifts like butter up or down at any speed.
I've run Redline in several previous vehicles.
Not as expensive as redline and you can get it locally. I live in New England and it performs well in both hot and cold climates. I've had it for 1 1/2 years now and I love it. Just hate the damn smell of the gear oil.
