Battery AC DELCO or ODYSSEY
I'd recommend AC Delco - had 2 batteries from Repco (made by century) for my VZ Commodore Wagon and returned them both for dropped cells within a month of fitting - had no issues with the AC Delco at all, even leaving the car sitting for over two weeks it still started first turn of the key
Commenting here for others to find. 5TA915105B has dimensions that align with Group 48/H6 specs. I bought an Odyssey 48-720 and it was a perfect fit. Bonus tip - FCP Euro has it for $250 and it includes their lifetime warranty.
I’ve had a group 34 Odyssey in my ‘04 TJ for 4.5 years, no problems at all.
My 2007 Tahoe still had the original AC Delco battery in it when I traded it off in 2019. Still turned the engine over like new.
Just recently replaced the 9 year old AC Delco battery in my Impala when it finally went. Was working just fine, then went to start it a few days later, wouldn't crank.
Being designed for industry they have a reputation for much longer life (up to 10 years) and better performance at cold temperatures.
It’s a battery. It doesn’t make a difference. Find an ACDelco one. They usually last the longest for the best price.
Odyssey batteries have served me well. AGM. My Benz has the battery under the passenger seat so I it’s irritating to change. My last Odyssey lasted 9 years and didn’t fail: I just decided to change it as a matter of maintenance.
Replaced battery in my 2012 Chrysler 200 - after being in car 12 years - yes original battery - bought car off show room floor. Replaced with AC Delco 580 CCA - as per manufactures specs - exactly 2 months to the date - battery absolutely DEAD !!!!!!
Odyssey and wasn't a fan died quick
