Battery Exide or AC DELCO
Been recently thinking that 100 packs of ACDelco for AA and AAA are the best value per watt usage
Been pretty happy with my Exide/Durastart batteries. Have yet to see one die. Been using them for the past 5-6 years.
Last batteries I’ve owned where Exide Sonnak, very happy with price, longevity and performance.
Exide are good made in usa
I just purchased an Exide battery at Home Depot yesterday for my 2002 Jetta Wagon. It was only $109.99.....about $50 less expensive than anything comparable in any of the big 4 parts stores, locally. It also has the best warranty of all of them (3 year replacement).
OK so today I picked up a battery from EuroCarParts, not a pukka VW one but a 100AH Exide Premium one with 5 year warranty. I've had good luck with Exide before so I was happy to go with it
AGM power supply/comfort battery replaced. Overall it went without a hitch. I had the choice of an Exide or a Varta AGM from Tayna Baatteries. The Exide with a price discount was about \u00a310 cheaper than the Varta, so I chose that one at \u00a3133 delivered.
Currently I have ac delco batteries in every car I own. I work at a Cadillac dealership though so I get good prices on them and they're good batteries.
However, I have had nothing but bad experiences with Exide batteries. I've bought three, and all have died within 2 years.
My Tiguan factory battery was an Exide and it failed after 2 years, mostly in the Northeast US weather.
