personaly I use 5W-30 Amsoil, MANN oil filter and Hengst air and cabin filters

Whatever weight the owner's manual says it takes, I'd use that. You'll definitely want to go with a high quality oil though. I personally use Liqui-moly... I have 192,000 on my 2012 A6, and she's still purring right along, a lot of which in my opinion has to do with the higher end oil.

Using 5W30 since deleting the MDS system from my engine. Amsoil Signature, every 6 months or 8000 km.
I order the right price point of liquimoly because it burns less vs other brands, in my experience
I called Amsoil and asked about this many years ago. They said for *my* bike, with the 5 speed tranny, they recommended the same 20w50 in all 3 holes.
Liqui Moly TopTec 4100 is good and cheap. Castrol oil is, indeed, not worth the money.
Suggested I change oil from Castrol Syntec to maybe Royal Purple or Amsoil.
