Engine oil OEM FORD or ROWE
5k Ford motorcraft synthetic oil and filter. Bought my truck at 61,000 and it has 75,000 on it now. Love that 3.5 eco boost. Had a 5.7 hemi Ram prior and the 3.5 eco boost outperforms on every level.
As soon as my warranty is up on my SQ5 in November, I'll be going to Rowe Hitech Synth RS 5w-40. One of the very few true synthetic PAOs out there and on par with LiquiMoly pricing (USP Sells it w/free shipping).
Not really . My tuner (jackal motorsports) recommends Rowe RS synthetic oil . Currently using LM molygen , it's ok but apparentlyThe RS is the best stuff
Olieconcurrent.
Heb een ford fiesta, ik koop altijd ford formula F 5w30 geloof ik. Wat in principe gewoon castrol is.
Rowe 5W40, every 10K or 1 year
My wife's truck recommends 5w-20. Burns it like a mfer though. I run 10w-40 in it and have for several years. Still going strong. 01 f150. Do with that what you will.
I found out that most of it came from the valve lifters. So I began using Rowe 10W40 engine oil. That helped a lot.
As the owner of a 1995 Ford F-250 Powerstroke, the saying goes, "if it leaks oil, it has oil". -Ford 3:16
Kurzstrecke verhindert, dass das Öl nicht auf Temperatur kommt, dadurch bleiben Rückstände von Wasser etc, was du der Schlotze führt.
I have a 19 xlt. Love it except for the oil issue.
