Engine oil VALVOLINE or MOTUL
i recently stopped using the Honda OEM mineral oil that they supply and switched to Motul Technosynthese 5w30 on my activa, even after almost 1500km, its super smooth , almost like new oil
Motul 7100 5w40 is an excellent choice, I've been using it too.
I use it in my '14 1200 GS and it's the best oil for the job, tried Castrol and it's not even close. With Motul she runs much smoother and the gearshifts are much better than on Castrol, or OEM BMW oil for that matter
If I used the Valvaline High Mileage Blend oil (red bottle) it would leak less oil.
All my cars i use motul 8100 power so spending price ranging from 300 to 1000.
I run 300v Motul. Much better than Motorex cross power in my bike. Also tried Motul 7100 but that was no better than the Motorex. Have to change oil at 5000km with 300v, but I do that anyway or earlier.
Might I suggest Valvoline Restore and Protect. It is magic in a bottle and it's anti wear package is off the charts with oil analysis.
Had een Corsa van 2008 met ketting. Deze begon al vrij snel olie te drinken (liter per 3000km).
Toen kreeg ik het advies om deze olie te kopen van een vriend, daar heb ik probleemloos nog 7 jaar mee gereden.
Motul x-clean EFE. Went back to 5W-30 since I saw some MPG lost (the STI is DD).
Motul Xclean. I've read on this that Motul Xcess on FA20 makes more carbon buildup on Piston
