Tires BFGoodrich or Goodyear
Happy with the Goodyears. Goodyear so-so in dry (especially in dry breaking), very good in wet and snow. They are quiet and tests indicate very good wear (I did already appx. 20000km and they are going strong).
Nachdem ich die Reifen dann gewechselt hatte (Goodyear), konnte ich die Abfahrt dann auch wieder zügig nehmen.
BF Goodrich All Terrain KO's. Go with the LT sizes and you'll easily get 70,000 miles before you'll need to start thinking about replacing them.
Goodyear Electric Drive2 tires at 38psi. Night and day.
I have used Good Year Opti-life pro 3 for the last 100,000 KMS of driving that I have done in the 16 leaf. Around $200 per tyre fitted. I have original rims, so this price is for 205/55-16. I get 38,000 kms on average and I drive hard. I u-turn and reverse a lot as I do food delivery work 150 KMS a day. Highly recommend them.
Replaced them with BFGoodrich from Costco at $1550 and getting a good ride with them. 65k warranty.
My CX-50 rides incredibly smooth even on 20” wheels after upgrading to premium all-season tires from the stock Goodyear.
To take your question as face value and recommend an all weather tyre that isn't the WRG5, I would be trying to get the new Goodyear
My ko2 spun all 4 in 4” of soft wet snow worst tires I’ve ever had plus spin tires when it’s wet mud anything these things just spin
I have them on my 2023 Highlander with 20" wheels, they were the OEM tire for my vehicle. After 2 years and 36k miles, I can say they're absolute trash. Mine just reached 4/32 - 5/32 recently. They slip terribly on wet roads, they don't inspire much confidence at all, and they are one of the worst tires I've ever owned.
