Tires BRIDGESTONE or GOODRIDGE
7k is nothing? My bridgestone A41 last 30k miles (front) or 15k miles (rear) when commuting.
I have a 2015 GSX-S750 that I've run Bridgestone T30/31 for many years. Solid dry performance, decent wet grip and long life.
Blizzaks.
I recommend Bridgestone Weatherpeak (Subaru Ascent).
I've been running Blizzaks (WS80, then WS90) on the stock wheels on my '18 Sportwagen since new and have loved them.
I bought the Weatherpeak 2 years ago. They were great tires in messy weather. No complaints at all there. But they wore down very quickly. Like in 25-40k.
Bought Weatherpeaks instead of CC2 for our Crosstrek, no difference in MPG. They're quieter than the stock Falkens.
Snow traction isn't as good as dedicated winter tires but it's good enough for the winters around here.
Potenza Sports have a really stiff side wall. They in turn produce a loudee road noise.
Hey I had Bridgestone and they behaved noticeably worse in snow than Micheline cc2 or Goodyears I have now, much happier with them than Bridgestone cheers
I moved to the Anchorage, AK area several months ago. In November, we received a couple of feet of snow. I drove fine in the snow with the stock Turanza tires the first day. But lots of compacting, melting, and refreezing made the roads slick as hell. The stock tires were slipping and sliding all over the ice.
