I’ve ran blizzaks on my last three cars, and now my truck. Excellent tires.
I've found them pretty good on my GR. They're doing essentially the same lap time as the A052s.
I’ve had both Blizzaks and X-Ice and I prefer the X-Ice. I think they’re better on ice and Blizzaks are better on snow. So if you’re driving city streets it’s ice you need to worry about, not snow.
I have the blizzaks, going into second and I really like them for my golf.

Just did the RE71RS tires on mine and it feels fantastic, did toyo r888rs last, they’re much better then those.
GT Radial has a sporty side wall and we're enjoying it in our pickup.
We swapped in snow tires (blizzaks) and took a 20% efficiency hit, so your reported 33% is definitely worse but still in the same ballpark.
GT Radial SX2s are the spec tire for the SoCal 86 cup and they are pretty shitty to be honest but they hold up well
I live in Massachusetts, I found the grandtek to be terrible in the snow. I got rid of them the first time I slid.
