There was no Pirreli available, and I had to settle with continental. To be honest, the grip is almost as good, and they are more resistant to potholes.
Go with the 7's, the prices are awesome right now. Great tire, have them on the wifes SUV.
The conti's have been good to me so far. At 40k, so I'm coming up close to replacement.
My OG conti lasted me 65K, I decided to just stick with them
My conti lasted me lil pass 48k and rotated every 6k miles or so.
I have same tyre they are good and lasted me till now without any headache or traction loss.

Continental is pretty much smack bang in middle. not really better at anything, not really worse on anything.
I have lx25s for my equinox and the tread life is awful on them. They have less than 20k miles on them and we’re past 70% tread on them.
