I absolutely love the DWS 06+ and have bought many sets of them for different cars over the years. Great balance of performance and comfort IMO.
I’ve been rocking Continental True Contact lately and they’re really good.
The DWS 06 is an awesome tire. Had a set on our Jaguar EV.
I highly recommend Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 PLUS UHP. They are great tires offering excellent grip and last way longer than stock.
Viking Contact 7’s are fantastic tires, I bought mine used and still got 5 winters from them. They’re quiet, smooth, and have excellent grip, I can’t recommend them enough.
I’ve been running VikingContacts for my winter setup and don’t regret them at all. Have been great tires for my MK7 R in the midwest winter, especially with all the snow we got last year.
I recently swapped the Potenzas on my ‘24 IS350 F Sport to the DWS06+ and I love them a lot more than the Potenzas, way more grippier from my experience.
Eu am de 3 ani de zile pe una dintre masini, Continental All season Contact 2. Am facut drumuri la munte pe zapada, ploi de toamna si vara, mers in Austria, Grecia, Turcia la drum lung, rulate in București pe canicula si pot spune ca nu regret nicio clipa decizia luată. Nu este nicio diferență sesizabila intre un all season premium si o anvelopa dedicată de sezon.
My Continental ECS Sport lasted about 5 events. Not the most track oriented but fine for me. I didn’t really need new ones but the lack of camber was evident and they came out with the Sport 02
VW/Audi has been mounting these on some Audi SUV's at the factory. I went to two reputable tire stores, and they both corroborated the weakness of this specific tire; due to weak sidewall strength. They are like marshmallows. Any competent driver who has sporting blood can sense how poorly large vehicles handle with these model tires.
