I have had great results with Continental Extreme contacts DWS 06 plus, and earlier versions, I have had more than 10 complete sets of 4 over the years on all my many VW's. Fantastic in rain, and great in all other conditions...great handling solid feel. Long tread life for a really high traction rating.

Ne kupuj polovne kupi domaće najjeftinije su a odlične Tigar, Taurus, Orium. Imam ih na kolima često vozim na autoputu 200 km/h nemam nikakvih problema. Išao sam na skijanje na Kop nikakvih problema nisam imao.

Sturdivant's Tire Pros & Auto in Chapel Hill is awesome. They repaired my bent rim, gave me 4 new, high end Continentals for WAY cheaper than I priced elsewhere.
The continental is a far superior product. Quiet ride and high mileage.

Have a P2 Myvi at home using the Conti CC5; quite ok lar, it's a budget-ish tyre that's rather durable and not too noisy
I had this issue with four new Continental PureContacts almost two years ago. I had one blow out the side wall from a small pothole. Had it replaced and that one got a bubble in the sidewall. Had that one replaced and that one and another original got a bubble. No potholes hit, correct psi, etc. DT replaced them all with Michelin Defenders. I've hit some bad pot holes in Dallas highways and they have held up strong. Apparently Continental has had issues with sidewalls being weak due to cure time. It's unfortunate because they were so quiet, great traction in the rain and comfortable. I don't think I'd risk going with Continental again.
