Tires Falken or OEM Volkswagen
I put a set of Falken Rubitrek's on my 1500 last year and they've been great. Less aggressive and supposedly quieter on the road than the Wildpeaks but still a nice chunky AT tire that look good and perform well
I think my Falkens have been great, road noise hasn't been bad at all, haven't really noticed much of hit to mpg, and traction been good
ohhhhh that efficiency is nice, I have a similar driving style (but a lot more miles) on my wildpeak at3/w's and I'm closer to 1.73 around town, and 1.9-2.0 on road trips averaging around 70mph.
Conti DWS is my car go to, although I like the Pirelli Pzero A/S I have now too. For a strict summer tire, we boil off Falken Azenis on the track cars...Conti LX25 for the truck.
Falken Sincera SN250 A/S so far a good tire good grip dry and wet. Not too pricey only decent tire in a 14 in I could find.
I think the falkens are very reasonable. Great off road tire and solid on road. Not much noise.
From what customers have told me, the wildpeaks have been excellent over their lifetime.
I went with the Falken Azenis RT615K+ on my Cabriolet. They look cool and stick like glue.
I know that I went through my first set of rears rather quickly on my VW ID3.
Cheap Chinesium trash, rated at 40k miles but I would be shocked if you got much more than 20k-25k and the warranty is basically non-existent... And "all-season" tires really are 3-season tires these days, if you deal with any snow you want to look at all-weather tires like Falken Aklimate or General Altimax 365AW.
