General is good. I have Evertrek GTs on my car, they seem to be a pretty good tire.
Check out Generals Altimax line of tires, I have them on my shitbox beater and they’ve been serving me well for 20,000 miles
I only put Generals on my Jetta and BMW. LOVE THE G-Max for price and handling.
Goodyear is a super reputable brand, if Goodyear is within your budget it’s going to be among the most premium options and should last a heck of a long time while still giving good performance.
I have the older version RT43's in my Lexus ES300 - they run really well but I will probably replace them in the next 2 years
I’ve got a little over 10k miles on this set of Goodyear endurance and they are holding up extremely well.
Well, I’m the OP, and I ended up getting a set of Goodyear Wrangler Radials 235/75r/15. It’s been about 4 months with these tires, and these ride really cushy and soft which I like, compared to the Kumho regular all season tires that I used to have which used to ride like complete trash over potholes and bumps.
Also, the Goodyear wrangler radials have pretty good traction even in the rain, and surprisingly quiet for an all terrain tire.
I got the Goodyear Reliant on my 2016 Crosstrek and they are very nice and ride especially quiet. Very happy with my purchase for the price paid.
It's an ok tire... Better than Chinesium brands but barely keeps up with other bargain brands like Cooper, Nexen, Kuhmo, Falken, etc... "Good for a year" is an old joke about these tires and unfortunately, although not really accurate, their longevity seems a lot lower than older Goodyear tires.
I don't like Goodyear or Michelle tires. They don't last for me.
