i got almost 6 years out of my goodyear assurance. little louder road noise, but i feel safe with them. towards the last few months of the old tires i could feel them slipping a little if i went over anything like sand, losing traction at startup, etc.

Goodyear reliant at Walmart is very good $77 same as Goodyear assurance, they drive great I've had 4 sets on several cars
I have a 2010 Subaru impresa. I drive 4 miles a day. I put nice rims with pirrelli p7's and the original rims I put goodyear snow tires. Seasonal swap. Well worth it.
Walmart has a Black Friday deal every year for their Goodyear tires. I never have a problem with them.
Goodyear related: I remember the F1 dsg3's (IIRC) that were OE on the MK4 GLI 1.8t. being one of the best wet weather tires I had experienced up till that point.

Test drove a new Vinfast VF-8 that had Goodyear tires. My wife's Tesla model seemed like it had less road noise with its continental tires.
I’ve also gotten “name brand” tires as the OEM tires (Continentals and Goodyears) on new cars and they were poor tires.
I have them on my Altima. Worst tires for hydroplaning I have ever owned. Frst time it rained, I thought the were directional and installed backwards.
