I’ve run EXO tyres for years without any problems.
But its still a beefy maxxis tire. Im riding a dhr exo rear on my hardtail no insert and 18psi. Works great.

I have hankook Ventus S1 evo3s and they’re great
I’ve had Hankook DynaPro HT on my 06 4Runner for 8 years. No issues, only 40K. Plenty of tread. But time to replace soon.
I noticed a decrease in MPGs once I replaced them on my 2018
Bridgestone, Michelin or Pirelli. Cooper a decent mid brand. Stay away from Hankook.
