All 3 are good but get the Hakkas. They're very good at cornering on winding mountain roads, excellent control and they handle the spring warm/snow cycle well.
I use Nokian G4's in Colorado.
I run these on my 2019 Countryman and they work great. Very happy with their winter performance:

Turns then vehicle into a snow tank. Incredible winter tires. Always trust the Fins when it comes to winter stuff.
i got the h9s and they're a glitch in the matrix. never slips on ice and snow. awd and studded h9s will give you a dangerous amount of confidence in winter conditions
Nokian Hakka’s are great, they are pricier than Blizzak.

I had the exact same problem on Nokian tires that were less 3000 miles and under 3 years old. Had the orginal paperwork ftom the previous owner of the vehicle.
