I put some all weather Nokians on a car last weekend, and was surprised that they didn't produce any winter tire drone.
Used to do this and more, regularly, in a 4wd Tundra with Blizzaks. Was unstoppable.
I have Hakka R5’s, they are great, wouldn’t trust all seasons on any car.
In Ohio myself , same fwd only hybrid. Put all weather on it you be fine, cross Climates and such. I run Nokian Encompass Aw02 they are cheaper and it works perfect. Rural Ohio also so, stock tires are garbage
I just tried Nokian outpost pretty happy with them.
Nokian's with full face studs and two bags of sand in the trunk worked well for me.
We will most likely be driving with Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5 tires and using snow chains if needed.
I have the same noise with the Nokians compared to my outgoing Yokohama Geolandar G015 AT tires. My Yokohamas were dead silent in comparison.
I got 65k from my WRG4’s and 60k from my WRG3’s. Coincidentally I only got 50k from my CC2’s not because I ran out of tread, but because they were **so damn loud** I ditched them early.
