I bought pirelli scorpion as3 for this very reason. I can floor it and they still stick. They’re wild!

With 16K miles on them the treads are still beefy. They handle great, do really well in the rain, and seemed to take the edge off the harsh highway ride. 100% recommend them.
Have about 2K on pirelli scorpion weatheractive which have a 60K warranty and so far love them!
Din experienta personala, Pirelli (Sottozero 3) sunt clar peste Nokian (le-am avut in paralel pe 2 masini). O sa mai iau tot Pirelli.
Pirelli were nicer to drive on in the dry.

My Vic has Pirelli's from 2005 on it. They don't look dry rotted. Germany has a temperate climate.
I had the same problem with the same tires (Pirelli Scorpion MX, 3 month old). Discount tiers did the patch for free as always.
The next day I got the low air pressure error in the tire again. It turned out that the tire had deflated by 4 psi.
Pirelli's are junk, id switch to some Michelins.
