Tires Pirelli or Vredestein
I have the pirelli's on my truck, no snow here so can't speak to that but I've done everything from going up a mountain in them to driving across town in them, about 10k miles on them and they look the same as when I got the truck, on road is good and I've never been stuck off road in mud or sand so just my piece to add.
I have a friend who’s dad put the Pirelli’s on his Ram and he’s happy with them.
Not sure your price range, but I have Pirelli Scorpion A/S Plus 3’s on my Q5. Really quiet as far as road noise. Love em.
I found a good deal online for some Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus tires. My local Discount Tire shop price matched the online deal. They’ve been surprising good on the highway and have been great in snow, too.
I just drove home from the shop after replacing my stock 20" Goodyear Eagles with Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus Elects with PCNS... WHAT A DIFFERENCE IN RIDE QUALITY!!!! HOLY COW! I HAD to share this!
With the Eagles, road noise was not as quiet as it should be with an EV and the ride quality was harsh...I really felt EVERY bump in the road, no matter the size.
After driving only 30 miles with these Pirellis today, all I can say is, "WOW!" I am impressed! Not only is the drive MUCH quieter, but the ride is not as harsh either! If I could rate it, somehow, I'd say the Pirellis are 30-40% less harsh than the Eagles...it is that noticeable. No second-guessing needed!
they are great for cheap yet surprisingly well performing tires, i personally run the quatrac pro on my 94 miata and it performed impressively well in both rain and snow.
I got the pirrelli zero elects EV specific with foam. They are great and are lasting way longer that the pilot sports I had on there.
- Pirelli P7: Currently at 6/32" (~50%) after 10k miles
41000 miles on scorpions and reddy for replacement
Not the answer to your question, but I just wanted to add that when I got snow tires (Pirelli Sotozero- avoid them) I also got a set of closeout 18" wheels. Having the extra sidewall when you hit potholes and/ or ice chunks helps save the rims.
