I have them on my CX-5 and I love them, much better ride than the shitty Toyos -- but they are definitely a bit louder.
They are a touch louder than the stock toyos on my cx5 but the performance easily makes it worth it to me
I have the toyo observe GSI-6 on my fwd car. And their great in the snow. Very good stopping distance on snow and very predictable handling. Makes it fun driving on snowy roads again.
Goodyear makes good tires which perform very competitively for the price range they are in. All season all weather lines like the Assurance WeatherReady 2, Assurance MaxLife, and Assurance ComfortDrive are top tier products with excellent performance.
Toyos were my favorite tire on my 350z
Had a set of Proxes Sport a few years ago. Overall they’re really good tires. Smooth, responsive, predictable at the limit, and pretty quiet too.
On my bmw I ran the Michelin as well but was surprised when I tried the Goodyear asymmetric 4s and 5s, I felt they outperformed the Michelin and cost less.
20k miles until they had to be replaced due to tread.
Toyo tires are trash. Two of our Toyo tires went flat on the freeway even though they were still pretty new.
You get what you pay for. The Toyos are garbage.
