I have the toyo observe GSI-6 on my fwd car. And their great in the snow. Very good stopping distance on snow and very predictable handling. Makes it fun driving on snowy roads again.
I have no problem recommending Kleber, especially when it is significantly cheaper in some sizes.
Toyos were my favorite tire on my 350z
Had a set of Proxes Sport a few years ago. Overall they’re really good tires. Smooth, responsive, predictable at the limit, and pretty quiet too.
Toyo’s hands down best tire out there for regular driving in dry, snow and rain and medium off roading tasks. Quiet and well mannered
Toyo AT3’s have been awesome for me! I have KO2s on my GX470 and I’m not mad at them, but will probably go to Toyos when it’s time!
Toyo Proxes Sport on my MK3.5 1.5TDCi. Really surprised with the performance of the tires, car handles beautifully.
Very good off-road tire.
And like all MT’s, not the greatest on-road.
And definitely not great in ice or snow.
Wife ran Celcius for 3 years. Burned out at 30k
They were great year one. So so year two. Struggled with driveway year 3.
never again a Toyo for me after many bubbles in their sidewalls.
