I had these on my last S and loved them. Great traction, reasonably quiet, went great in the snow, and only $1,200 installed (staggered 21”).
I bought a used model 3 LR and they were equipped with sailing ecoranges. I just drove about 1000 miles across two states going 80mph in most areas and they seem to be doing fine. Range is decent too.

Americus and Sailun are surprisingly tough tires for the money
Living in Germany, my small-ish town German mechanic ordered me Nexen (Korean) for winter and Sailun (Chinese) for summer, saying they're just as good as anything else and much cheaper. I never had an issue, even with Autobahn use every other weekend.
Vredestein Quatrac Pro lasted longest of them brand you consider.
Sailun makes good tires, but if you are getting those Goodyear at the same price point as the Sailun, it is a no brainer for the Goodyear.
You can look up the sailun brand they make good tires sailun terramax for trucks. I have on my SUV sailun inspire and it's been good so far the experience
Great feeling tires for sure, have them on my C7.5 S6, only issue I have with the tires are the side walls get weathered after a year, that’s personally the issue that I am having, and only tire i received is poorly balanced. Otherwise the tires feel great all around.
