Wiper blades Goodyear or OEM Volvo
Have you tried getting them directly from volvo? They are pretty on par with blades in my area.
My XC60 wipers work perfectly before and after a windscreen change.

The best wiper blades I've ever used were the Goodyear Hybrid blades from Costco.
Pros: best wiper blades
2018 XC90 - assembled (I think) in Belgium. Some minor annoyances - wipers don't seem to adequately clear water on one side (as if not pressed against glass tight enough) but they are all one big assembly so needed to replace both stalks entirely because the washer nozzles are integrated in the wipers themselves -- just too complex a design.
Pros: mechanically going strong

I love it — but I’ve found that dirty/smudgy windows cause it to go wonky and full speed. I also have a tension issue with my wipers every now and then where the slower speed skips across the window when it return down to the bottom.

the heat hasn't gotten mine yet, but they were never great to begin with...and I've seen others complain the same.

I got my EX30 about 4 months ago and the wipers that came with it already damaged from the Dubai heat. Volvo quoted me $150 to replace them, which feels crazy if they’re just the same weak wipers.

Dealer replaced the blades, but it didn’t help. The replacement blade they used looks expensive, it has the washer tube built in.
