PIAA Silicone blades are the best you can get.
Bosch is the brand for wipers.. silent
Went to O’Reilly and got the Bosch wipes and they went right on no problem.
I like PIAA Super Silicones but they do stick up more than stock.
I don't have anything to add other than to confirm that the #6 adapter that comes with Bosch wipers simply does not fit. In my case, I bought the Bosch Snow Driver wipers, and like the OP said, if you install the adapter alone, it fits great, but if you attach the blade, it bulges EVER SO SLIGHTLY and will not fit. So it appears to be across the board with Bosch wipers, not just the Clear Advantage models. I spent hours futzing with it, and no luck. Such a shame, Bosch truly makes excellent blades. All I've ever used, up until yesterday
Over the past few years Bosch Aerotwins seem to have gotten worse, they don't last as long and skip all over the place
