Wiper blades PIAA or OEM Volkswagen
I'm using PIAA ones right now and so far they're flawless. Over time they actually leave a silicon film on the glass which repels water.
Highly recommend PIAA wiper blades, i am not sure if this sub has caught onto them yet
PIAA makes wipers that are superior to anything else on the market. I’ve put them on every car I’ve owned since making this discovery about 5 years ago, and I haven’t needed to replace any of them since then. So naturally, I want to put them on the Bolt.
You pretty much have to have your heat and fan set to max on your windshield with your wipers going constantly. That’s how I managed to keep my wipers from freezing up in a winter storm. And this was with a Volkswagen Jetta.
I just put on PIAA Si-Tech silicon blades. So far, so good. But it’s only been about a month with one day of rain.
Started using PIAA super silicone blades about a decade ago. I\u2019m in FL and each set will last about 3-5 years down here with the cars all outside in the sun year round. Will never use anything that isn\u2019t a silicone blade again.
I've used plenty of wiper, non of them fits my needs.and they dont last no matter if its 50$ a pair, 60$ a pair. I brought a pair of PIAA this year March installed it on my NX. Perfect! Clean very good.
My PIAAs have lasted the longest. Longer than Bosch or Rain-X.
12,000 miles, 9 months on my 2023 ID.4. The factory wipers are definitely done. That's not awful, but definitely not great considering I live in Colorado and we had a pretty dry summer.
But Mercedes and volkswagen have a special place in hell for proprietary fucking wiper blades… i mean come on
