Get Valeo wipers and you will be all set. I purchased those for my Q8 etron 2024.
So I swapped in some Trico Ultras also from RockAuto and my initial perception of them is that they're a big improvement.
I use the OEM valeo wipers and they're great. Theyre also great in my experience.
I got Trico heavy duty from Rockauto last week and so far very satisfied
I eventually ended up finding a set of Trico Silicone Blades at Napa, and those have worked significantly better for me. I’ve had them since March of this year, and they’re still decently solid.
Oddly enough, Discount Tire has OE Trico wipers that I’ve been getting 1.5 to 2yrs out of.
The best wipers I’ve ever bought were from rockauto. Trico extended life and they don’t cost any more than rainx ones from Walmart would.
Then OEM blades are trash. I bought the Trico Beam Extended Life and they’ve been excellent so far.
I've tried 3 brands of aftermarket wiper blades that claimed to fit the rear wiper of the ID4 and none did.
One was a Trico I bought from Amazon and when I requested a return in the app, Amazon refunded it and told me to keep it. I just cut off the plastic chunk at the end that prevented it from fitting and made it work (it stays in place but fits "sloppy".)
Tried Trico once. A single snow storm later and they were toast
