The OEM of wiper blades for all (modern) BMWs is SWF. I would recommend using them, they are excellent quality.

I do liqui moly special tec 5w30 and a mann filter on my n54 every 5000 miles. I'm lower mileage than you at 55k but never had an issue. I tried 5w40 but the car just feels better with the 5w30 in it.

I put B4's on our 2008 535xi a few years ago. I first thought they were stiff but I decided the old ones were really soft. B4 was listed as the OEM equivalent.
