I got the powerstop z26 for like $600 for everything. They look way better and perform better than the OEM. There is zero shake when braking at high speeds.
Reviews of spare parts for Kia
I've also ordered a full set of the EBC USR rotors and will install them myself, same with the splash shield and door seals.
Had them on an optima, they look good and have decent bite when breaking
Just replaced the blades on my 2024 Niro after 7900 miles. OEMs were terrible. Got Bosch blades at my local auto parts store. Drivers side is 26, passenger is 16. Night and day difference.
I have a 2015 Kia Soul I bought new. In over 9 years, not a single thing has gone wrong with it - no repairs of any kind. Just oil, brakes and tires.
They've performed fantastic for daily driving and the odd track day.
I have a 22 GT-Line and was surprised the previous owner could put 20k miles on it with how low the headlights were aimed. One foot-long Philips screw driver from the jungle site later and I’ve aimed the headlights properly. They’re not half bad now.
I replaced mine with about the same amount of mileage, mine also had a decent bit left when I did. The reason I replaced them is the Crugen’s terrible rain performance. They hydroplaned when brand new and never a rain storm since did they stop.
I'm at the third battery at 7000 miles and 6 months (2024 niro ev) and the battery is dead again this morning, like wtf.
The best option for an OEM look is to buy the rest-of-world LED projector matrix headlights and replace the existing U.S.-market reflectors. I agree, the US EV6 headlights are not good. The low beams are OK, but the high beams are useless.
