Try tapping on the starter with a hammer while trying to start. If this works you need a new started.

We have owned that tire on all four of our souls and we have had no problems in the snow. I personally like the tire, it’s rated great on tirerack.com and it drives great in the dry,wet and snow .

I can attest to how incredible the RS4s are. It’s great not having to give a shit about temp and just keep the pressures in check. Sure, not the fastest tire out there, but it’s simple to operate, predictable, and will last for a long time

I loved my DWS06s... they were loud though. I have General GMAX AS-05s on the Optima. They are quiet with the stock suspension, but not as grippy and wonderful as the DWS06s
