After installing new shocks felt like a completely different car. No body roll or nose dive.
Reviews of spare parts for Toyota 4runner
I’ve had my Toyota 4Runner for 13 years now. Never needed to change my brakes or encountered catastrophic engine failures. Maybe lucky but per Toyota, the 4Runner is rated for 22 MPG on the highway and I’m getting 23.5 MPG.
I did bilsteins and solved my problems.
Fox 2.5 in adjusters custom tuned from AccuTune are amazing and they'll tune the shocks for the ride you want it and your mods. I have no regrets.
Morimoto has been good to me. 4 years or so first Gen xbs.
I've experienced zero nose dive after I lifted it. I used Fox shocks
Went in for touch up woolwax undercoating yesterday and put on some new Nitto Terra Grappler 3s to replace the factory tires last week.
Some people say Bilstein 5100 remove nose dive, but I disagree - the 5100 help, but you still nose dive.
Just got my ‘05 4Runner with 200k miles on it back from the shop after a blown head gasket. Mechanic said it’s a common issue around that year’a model of 4Runner so may want to do some research on that since it’s at similar mileage.
I’ve got like 4 or 5 cracks, looks like I’ve been in a war zone. Every time I think about replacing it, another rock hits the windshield
