Brembo Brake discs

Best bang for buck brake setup on a Corrado/Mk3 Front: 11.3 DE's with Tyrol Sport Bushings and a proper pad and brembo OE rotors Rear: Stock rear, Mk4 Calipers, proper pads, and brembo OE rotors. Rotor material is too often overlooked and a must for proper performance. Brembo seems to have the best metallurgy IMO.

Pros: best metallurgy

Rallye 1.8T you are the man! Thanks for the tip and saving me a lot of time and money. The mk5 312x25mm rotors work on my setup. Only thing I have to do is run one thin washer between the bracket and spindle.

Pros: works on my setup
Cons: need thin washer

ATE Brake discs

Zimmerman is a good brand in my opinion. Brembo quality has gone downhill fast with lots of manufacture in China. I bought a set of Raybestos (Made in USA; new old stock I think) and they warped after about 6 months with EBC Reds (I do not recommend EBC). The ATE rotors are OK for street but racing has cause some of them to break apart at the welds on the hats.

Pros: OK for street
Cons: break apart at welds
