I strongly recommend proper winter tires. At a minimum, at least get winter rated all weather tires. We had a lot of slushy bullshit build up today. The only reason I was able to get out of my neighborhood & make it to a Dr's appointment was because I run Blizzaks on my ND1.
My 22 came with Bridgestone ecopias. Worst snow performance ever.
I have Bridgestones in my GTI in 17s with 215/50r17 and obviously don't feel as sporty as 19s but they're great for winter.
22 own bridgestone and i’m about to replace them at 16k. mostly city driving. i could probably get more life out of them but got a new set on sale and the originals won’t make it to lease return so i went for it. these wouldn’t be my pick for replacement if i were keeping long term.
Pilot sport as4. I’ve run potenzas before and didn’t like how they rode after 10k miles.
Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrak
I promise you they are the smoothest, quietest, and best all around for daily driving
Ecopia 422, OEM on my Nissan = Worst Tire Ever in my 50 years of driving.
I just bought the Bridgestone prestige. It’s a brand new model with few reviews. It’s an all weather that is supposed to be quiet. I only have a couple hundred miles in it so far, but it is quiet and I have been happy with it.
25 iX, 21' Bridgestone Alenza, got 9k. 70 city/30 highway, Southern CA. Replaced them with Hankook EVO. So far liking them way more.
