Detroit axle rotors and pads on mine. Best value imo. Fusion breaking power is sufficient as is.

Honestly I have used these rotors on my car they work perfectly fine they also come with 10 year limited wararnty. These rotors are not any worse than the expensive brands the only difference is the price. If you don't feel comfortable using these that's totally up to the individual but these have a lot of good reviews and so far I'm impressed with the stopping power these provide. They are drilled though so maybe not as tough as the non drilled ones however the holes do help with stopping I can vouch they stop my car a bit better than the OEM non slotted ones.
Mine have been Detroit Axel. Set of 4 rotors and pads and a can of cleaner for a decent price, shipped quickly to boot. My cars go to/from work and an occasional road trip. I'm not hauling anything heavy, I'm not overtly hard braking, and I'm not racing; just a daily driver.
Detroit axle slotted and drilled rotors with their ceramic pads are amazing for not a lot of money.
I tow a 5k trailer and the trailer brakes don't work. My truck brakes stop the trailer like it isn't there.
I have also tested out detroit axles drill and slotted rotors. they are absolutely way thinner than I expected but still get the job done. I test them on daily driving and they hold up great in my experience. 4 months and going.
For brakes and rotors I swear by Detroit Axle. They are excellent.
I got cross drilled, and slotted rotors, with ceramic brake pads(for the front!) for ~$300……really cut down on brake dust! 15,000mi on windy, steeply graded roads, and my pads look like the day they were installed!
I recently put 2 Detroit axle control arms on my 2010 Mazda cx9. They felt solid and lined up correct. The bolts for the oem ones didn’t fit, so I had to buy new bolts and it negatively affected the caster as well. If I turn all the way to the left the sway bar hits the wheel weight. So now I will be buying another set of control arms.
Installing anything Detroit axle, especially ball joints and brake pads is a death wish. It's a horrible nightmare of a company with trash products. I've seen parts be faulty out of the box or fail catastrophically on the highway within a month. I saw brake pads crumble to dust and cause a (thankfully minor) fender bender, but it would have killed someone if it had been higher speeds. They just happened to crumble while parked. Bosch is only a couple bucks more and much better. I would strongly encourage you not to use those parts.
I had the Detroit axel rotors on my fronts for a while and they were just a little too small and caused the pads to squeak after a while from uneven wear since part of the pad didn\u2019t hit the rotor due to it being a couple millimeters too small.
