I use RX Pros and Hutchinson Caracal Race (similar to the RS Pro) on my gravel bike, the RX does feel a bit draggier on the road but not by a huge amount.

The Hutchinson Griffus R-lab gravity casing was good for me. I used the 2.4 on the back. I feels quite similar to the dhr II in how it grips. I think it rolls a bit faster.
I have in my opinion eliminated most of my tire problems with a tubeless setup. 1000 miles of riding with no punctures and a 230lbs rider.
Hutchinson intensive 25mm. A bit heavier but also more durable. Ride quality is fantastic, grip is awesome and seriously I have nothing bad to say about these tires.
