I've always had luck with Neogen's and they tend to stretch really well.
Pros: stretch really well
I'm running 215/40-18 Nitto Neogen's on my 9.5" without a problem.
Pros: no problem
I actually also like the NT-05 for track days primarily for the price. They are about as good in the dry as the RE-11's, better than the PSS but tend to get a bit noisy on the highway at certain speeds once they start to wear down.
Pros: good in the dry

While 255/35/19 still worked just fine, I feel that 245/35/19 is the best set up on a 19x8.5 rims. the outer lip of the tires will protect the rims, as the 245 tires will not be stretched on 8.5 rims.

I like the nitto 555r but smallest they have is 245/50r16.. would that fit on a 16x7 rim?

Never had any issues with neogen, had them on quite a few sets of wheels.
Pros: no issues
I went with the neo gens (205/40) they do stretch good however the sidewall is noticeable bigger than the 195/40 federal.
Pros: stretch good

I have these on my Jeep. They are downright dangerous on anything but dry pavement.

I've had the Nitto Ridge Grappler in a 285/76r16 for about a year and a half now with about 19k miles. I just went in to get them rotated and they told me I should consider new tires, because they're down to 4/32 in the middle and 7/32 along the edge. Of course they also don't have a mileage warranty, so I'm disappointed to say the least and won't be buying them again.
Cons: wore out quickly, no warranty
