Had the Tesla for 3 months and I had to replace my windshield already. I’d say it’s worth it.

Worth it, I had to replace my windshield around 3600 miles after catching a nasty rock that shattered it.
The windshield protection was a lifesaver, I picked up my car last week and got a crack the other day while driving thankfully they gave a month free with pickup so it was covered. I’d recommend 100%
I don't think savings should be the main driver to get a Tesla. A lot of things can influence if you save money or not compared to an ICE car. In my case...yes. Insurance costs vary by a ton of factors. Where I live insurance is paid annually and mine is $1500 for a full cover, which is like $125 a month. More than your average ICE car, that pays about $800 yearly. However I've saved money in every other aspect. I have solar so I charge for free. And the only maintenance I've paid were $15 to a local tire shop to rotate my tires and 2 gallons of wiper fluid.
Warranty: side repeater, spoiler, battery (at 82k)
I had my 2025 m3 just a couple of weeks, got two Rick chips, went to Tesla to have them fixed. Instead of fixing them, they just replaced the whole damn windshield.
The glass on the Tesla Model three seems to be incredibly prone to cracking. My M3P from 2020 has a crack in the rear passenger roof glass and the windshield. I drive a lot of miles admittedly but this will be my third windshield once I replace it.
I find my 24 X headlights with and without Adaptive less effective than the ones in my 22 Y. X seems to leave a giant black spot about a car and half in front.
On my Model 3, the steering rack rusted and seized.
I just took delivery of a 26 Model Y Performance. It has 21 inch wheels with rubber bands for tires. It took 6 hours and 100 miles before I hit a pothole and dented the rim and split the tire sidewall. Crap!
