I use TRW brake pads (just checked, articles are GDB3592 for front, GDB2172 for back). They make quite a lot of brake dust during spirited driving, but that’s not a big deal for me (IMO more brake dust = less wear on brake discs).
I can recommend TRW „DTEC“ pads. Almost no brake dust, no squeaking, good bite on the breaks. The only trade of is that when it’s really cold or raining and you drive on the highway for a long time, the first half of a second when you break again the performance is weak. That’s what I experienced. I never had this with the original pads in winter time or heavy rain.

TRW is good quality. They're a Tier 1 supplier to carmakers. I wouldn't hesitate to install TRW.
I went with TRW Ultra ceramic pads and Zimmerman rotors from FCP Euro for my S90. It was a big upgrade from OEM in my experience.
In the end, after a full refund, I bought a reman trw pump from fcp for $100 less than a reman pump from a big box store and all is well.
Changed the front brake disc and pads (TRW brand) on my car (Opel/Vauxhall Astra J 2016) and noticed my car started to smell heavily burnt rubber after heavy braking when the car stops. I understood that brakes does this in the beginning but now it has gone s month and probably around 150km (100miles) and I also have made some emergency brakes from high speed to speed up this process. So two weeks ago I removed everything and really deep cleaned the caliper and checked the pads. From smelling the pads it seems like it is the glue between the brake pad and the anti squeak plate that cause the smell (?) I also checked the temperature of the brake disc after normal usage and they are all around the same temperature, so I doubt it is a frozen caliper. (Around 70c 155f) but still they smell, maybe a bit less.
I changed or done: - new brake pipe Textar - new caliper from TRW in red - pads are freely moving to sides - try disconnect handbrake line on this wheel - bearing has no play - new brakefluid, but pedal now has a little bit longer way then before ( till i try hard brake with abs active, then is better ) RR wheel when i brake harder is locking up first, so abs is involved..
