Fram Cabin filter

The Genesis OE filter is $75!! The Fram Fresh Breeze filter is $25 or less; it combines activated charcoal with baking soda to reduce HVAC odor. I've used them in all my vehicles since Fram introduced the Fresh Breeze filter line and found them remarkably effective.

Pros: effective, cost-effective

TYC Cabin filter

I use Wix engine air filters, and TYC cabin air filters.

TYC is as good or higher build quality as OEM, and can be bought on Amazon or RockAuto.

Pros: good quality, OEM quality

Carax Cabin filter

Checked the cabin filter, and it was disgusting. I replaced it and did 2 treatments of odor eliminator bombs and detailed myself.

OEM KIA Cabin filter

I'm glad to find you asked this question cause my car is currently at the dealer and they wanted to charge me $100 for the cabin air filter and engine air filter. I'd rather save some $$ and do it myself.

Pros: save some money
Cons: void the warranty
Vehicle: Kia

OEM Hyundai Cabin filter

I work as a service writer at Hyundai and Genesis. We charge 89.95 to replace the cabin filter. Do I agree with the price? Absolutely fucking not. I tell some ioniq 5 owners to just buy an after market cabin filter or a OEM one if they want and install it themselves.

Pros: easy to install
Cons: expensive at dealership
Vehicle: Hyundai

Fram Cabin filter

You don't need to buy OEM - *especially* for a cabin air filter - but you could save some money by finding a good source of Bosch or Wix filters. Never Fram, ever.

Pros: save some money
Cons: Never Fram
