Can try the engine flush (I use Toyo one) on next engine oil change. Keep using full synthetic oil and repeat every year flush.

It does the job but don't expect miracles from it. I've seen it do decent work on severly gunked up engines. Nothing magical, but it did clean up the valve train a little.
